Job summary

Epic Games in North America is seeking a Senior Art Producer for the Fortnite production team. You will partner with Art Directors, artists, and designers to drive live content from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality outputs that meet Epic's art standards.

You are deeply organized, communicate across disciplines, manage multiple complex art projects, and mentor junior producers. Experience in live-service games and strong scheduling skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in video game production or a related field.
• Track record delivering art-focused projects in live-service games.
• Excellent cross-disciplinary communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the schedule for art projects by coordinating with discipline leads to scope and plan work.
• Facilitate constant communication with the art team and cross-department teams to ensure visibility and alignment.
• Identify problems early and propose practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Handle multiple large production needs and prioritize effectively across teams.
• Lead development operations with meetings and reviews and provide actionable notes.
• Mentor and grow junior Art Producers.
