Job summary

Epic Games is seeking a Senior Release Manager to oversee the build and release process for the Fortnite Ecosystem. You will work with producers, programmers, build engineers, and QA to ensure high-quality, timely releases across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates have strong production management, process improvement mindset, and experience with build/release workflows for software or live-service games. Epic emphasizes a collaborative, high-impact environment with extensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Develop and scale release management practices across the Fortnite ecosystem.
Own scheduling, coordination, quality control, and cross-platform releases.
Coordinate plans among development, sales/marketing, and publishing teams.
Collaborate with publishing to plan release content and external approvals.
Monitor automated builds and integration, resolving failures and communicating impacts.
Lead bug triage, align release notes and known issues, and ensure live deployment readiness.
