Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience in live operations for consumer-facing products or games.
Comfort operating as a generalist across a broad feature portfolio.
Passion for games with understanding of player retention and progression mechanics.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets and turn insights into decisions; SQL proficiency required.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills; experience writing PRDs and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive initiatives across Battle Pass progression, seasonal engagement, and Fortnite social gameplay systems for cohesive player experience.
Partner with development teams to design, implement, and iterate features that improve retention and engagement.
Leverage analytics insights to define measurable goals, track performance, and share updates with stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support go-to-market strategies for seasonal launches and content activations.
Translate company direction into actionable product plans across portfolio.
Document and communicate product requirements to ensure unified execution across teams.
