Qualifikationen

• Significant experience shipping games or live services.
• Experience managing multiple external partners (licensors, publishers or studios).
• Experience leading live operations for a platform or live service at scale.
• Proven ability to own multi-million dollar budgets and vendor management.
• Experience establishing production methodologies and standards across teams.

Aufgaben

• Shipping and launch readiness: own launch readiness per title and chair weekly status across all workstreams.
• Partner production management: be the production face to licensors, align on brand guidelines and content review.
• Platform liveops: own the live operating rhythm including release cadence, events, discovery and monetisation health.
• Production team leadership: build and run the production organisation with clear ownership across UK and US timezones.
• Budget, vendors and capacity: manage vendor statements of work, budgets and annual planning.
• Roadmap and planning: own the production view of the roadmap across the organisation.
• AI adoption and process change: lead adoption of AI to improve production practices.
