Job summary

Epic Games is seeking a Senior Art Producer for the Fortnite production team. You will partner with Art Directors, artists, and designers to drive high-quality live content from concept to delivery.

You should be deeply organized, communicate clearly, and manage schedules for multiple art projects, balancing creative vision with production realities. You’ll work across disciplines to ensure on-time releases, facilitate daily reviews, and mentor junior producers while maintaining Epic’s standard

Qualifications

• Experience producing art-driven projects in games.
• Strong ability to manage multiple art pipelines and schedules.
• Proven track record coordinating with art Directors, artists, and designers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Schedule—schedule and track asset work to meet release dates.
• Center of Communication—keep stakeholders informed of status, risks, and changes.
• Proactively identify problems and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Multitask across multiple production needs and maintain clear updates via multiple channels.
• Facilitate development operations with regular team meetings and reviews.
• Mentor junior Art Producers and foster growth within the team.
