Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in live operations for consumer-facing products or games.
• Comfort operating as a generalist with multiple concurrent initiatives across a broad feature portfolio.
• A passion for games and understanding of player retention, engagement, and progression mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and turn insights into actionable product decisions; SQL proficiency required.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience writing product requirement documents and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives across Battle Pass progression, seasonal engagement, and the Fortnite social gameplay systems, contributing to a cohesive player experience across feature areas.
