OneMain Financial in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Senior Art Director to drive clear, customer-focused creative across the OneMain brand. This senior, hands-on role emphasizes conceptual thinking and visual communication across the customer journey, from acquisition to servicing and collections.

You will partner with copywriters, designers and stakeholders to translate business objectives into strong ideas and polished execution, while using AI-enabled tools to expand exploration and maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional art direction and design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking across channels.
• Experience with integrated campaigns, digital marketing, email and lifecycle communications.
• Strong command of typography, layout, imagery, composition and brand systems.
• Ability to develop distinct concepts and carry ideas across a broader system.
• Experience using generative AI and AI-enabled tools with brand-appropriate judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the art direction and visual development of integrated campaigns across digital, print, motion and video.
• Develop strong creative concepts and translate visuals across channels and customer journey stages.
• Remain hands-on from initial concept through final execution and production.
• Partner with writers, designers and creative directors to integrate messaging and design.
• Translate complex objectives and regulated information into clear creative work.
• Present creative recommendations and articulate strategic thinking behind work.
• Use AI-enabled tools to expand exploration and speed production while upholding brand standards.
• Partner with marketing, product, digital, compliance and legal teams to ensure accurate communications.
• Help evolve the OneMain brand and maintain high-quality creative standards.
