OneMain Financial is seeking a Senior Art Director to shape clear, customer-focused creative across the brand. You’ll lead visual development for campaigns, work across digital, print, motion and video, and collaborate with marketing, product and legal teams to ensure compelling yet compliant communications.

You’ll bring 5+ years of art direction, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. This hands-on role is based in Baltimore with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of art direction and design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating cross-channel storytelling.
• Experience with integrated campaigns and lifecycle communications.
• Strong typography, layout and brand system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction and visual development across digital, print, motion and video.
• Develop cohesive visual systems across channels and customer journeys.
• Stay hands-on from concept through final production.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers and creative directors.
• Translate objectives and regulatory info into clear creative.
• Present recommendations with clear strategic thinking.
• Use AI tools to expand exploration and speed production while upholding brand standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate communications.
• Help evolve brand and maintain high creative quality.
