Collaboration with strategy, design, client services, and production is essential. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong portfolio range across formats, and the use of AI tools to ideate and pressure-test ideas.

Qualifications

7+ years of creative experience in advertising.
Ability to translate a brief into a distinctive visual language and carry the vision through with high creativity and quality.
Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Own the visual concept and art direction for major campaigns from brief through production.
Define the aesthetic language, make craft decisions, and push work across media and funnel.
Collaborate with strategy, digital, designers, client services, and production to ensure creative integrity across handoffs.
