Job summary

Fanatics Trading Card Game, based in Seattle, is seeking a Senior Art Director to translate the TCG’s visual vision into execution. This role owns art systems, style guides, and set-level direction while collaborating with internal teams and external artists.

You will guide art direction for major releases, mentor senior and mid-level artists, and work onsite at our Seattle office five days a week. A strong portfolio and extensive card game experience are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve visual style guides and art systems.
• Lead art direction for sets, expansions, and major releases.
• Provide hands-on art direction to illustrators and external vendors.
• Partner closely with Design and Production to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Maintain visual consistency while introducing new artistic expressions.
• Mentor senior and mid-level artists and art directors.
