Carl Friedrik is seeking a Senior Art Director to shape brand visuals across campaigns and eCommerce. You will lead hands-on photo and video production, from concept through delivery, collaborating with the Creative Director and Senior Brand Designer.

The role includes coordinating production logistics and outsourcing when needed. Success depends on a strong portfolio, leadership for multiple shoots, and a keen eye for culturally relevant imagery that resonates with modern professionals.

Formación

• 6+ years experience as an Art Director specializing in hands-on photo and video production
• Portfolio showing work across campaigns and eComm/packshots
• Proven experience producing photo/video projects with budgets and vendor management
• High proficiency with AI tools for project management and day-to-day workflow
• Expert in design tools and post-production knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills and calm under tight timelines
• Collaborative, hands-on leadership style

Responsabilidades

• Art direct campaigns, eComm and content across photo and video from concept to on-set and post-production
• Produce small-to-midsize shoots end to end: crew, location, budgets, schedules, call sheets, samples and logistics
• Direct eComm/packshot imagery and manage retouchers to a consistent standard
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to stay on brief, on time and on budget
• Use AI tools to streamline briefs, timelines and production documents
• Build and maintain a network of photographers, filmmakers, stylists, set designers, retouchers and agencies
• Bring a sharp point of view on culture to keep imagery relevant
