We value a portfolio with range and a deep understanding of how to build brand systems that teams can execute. You’ll mentor designers, direct photography and video, and collaborate closely with writers and production partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in an advertising agency or design studio.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range and craft.
• Experience art directing original photography and video.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud; Figma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Concept and art direct campaigns across multiple channels.
• Own typography, composition, color, and detail.
• Design master files and templates for localization.
• Mentor by example and explanation.
• Present and defend visual thinking with non-design stakeholders.
