Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ years of digital and content creation experience for national or global brands.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, visual communication, or fine arts.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking and ability to defend bold ideas.
• Proven success across brand-building, awareness, and shopper campaigns.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; fluency with AI-powered tools to accelerate execution.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and shape creative direction with data and insights.
• Track record of evaluating your own work and raising the bar for craft.
• Strong understanding of brand voice and consistency across touchpoints.
• Bias for action and ability to work at speed without sacrificing craft.
