Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst Brand Creative (Art Director) for WoW Studios—our in-house creative agency. You’ll craft visually compelling campaigns across channels, guiding shoots and production to elevate Whirlpool’s brands, including KitchenAid, Whirlpool, JennAir, and Maytag.

You will collaborate with strategists, writers, and production teams to ensure on-brand storytelling, high quality design, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment at the WoW Studios Chicago

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of agency or in-house experience crafting digital and integrated campaigns for national or global brands.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Big Ideas: Partner with a copywriter to develop innovative, creative solutions to brand challenges.
• Apply understanding of business goals, brand foundations, and target audiences to inform creative decisions.
• Translate briefs into concepts and deliverables across the consumer journey.
• Art direct campaigns across print, digital, social, experiential, in-store, and film.
• Direct photo and video shoots with production teams to elevate work.
• Oversee asset development with designers and editors to ensure vision is met.
• Partner with strategy, PM, production, and design to deliver on time.
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining original creative ambition.
• Manage time, deadlines, and goals independently to progress.
