Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks a mission-focused Test Operator/Analyst to provide SETA support to an Army Product Manager Office. The role involves planning, execution, data analysis, and coordination with Government, military, and contractor stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on military weapon-system operating experience and DoW test experience, with strong understanding of EW systems and operational employment. Travel to test sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years operating military weapon systems in relevant environments.
• Minimum 3 years of DoW test experience including developmental and operational testing.
• Ability to read and execute technical procedures and test plans.
• Ability to analyze test results and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support Army Product Manager Office test and evaluation efforts as a SETA contractor.
• Lead T&E IPTs with Government and external stakeholders.
• Ensure test strategies align with program requirements and decision needs.
• Develop and refine test plans, procedures, cards, scenarios, and readiness materials.
• Participate in CT, DT, and OT events for military systems.
• Operate or support operation of weapon systems and test equipment per procedures.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze test data and logs.
• Prepare test reports, after-action reviews, and briefings.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and test agencies for planning and execution.
