Job summary

Radiance Technologies seeks a mission-focused Test Operator/Analyst to provide SETA support for Army Product Manager Office test activities. You will plan, execute, collect data, analyze results, and coordinate with Government and contractor partners.

The role requires hands-on weapon-system experience, DoW test exposure, and EW knowledge. Travel to facilities and test ranges is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years operating military weapon systems in operational, training, test, or similar environments.
• Minimum 3 years of DoW test experience, including developmental, operational, or system-integration testing.
• Ability to read and execute technical procedures, test plans, and operational docs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear results and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support Army Product Manager Office test and evaluation efforts as a SETA contractor.
• Lead T&E IPTs with Government reps, external stakeholders, test orgs, and users.
• Develop and refine test plans, procedures, cards, scenarios, data-collection plans, and readiness materials.
• Analyze data, document findings, and prepare technical reports and briefings.
