Job summary

Raft is seeking a Senior Program/Product Manager to own the health of a large Army software program, from delivery to long-term growth. You will lead a cross-functional team and interface with Army stakeholders to ensure contractual and mission commitments are met.

You will navigate the Army acquisition ecosystem, shape product direction from operational requirements, and collaborate with Raft's leadership to pursue follow-on opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program, project, or product management with a focus on software delivery.
• Direct U.S. Army background or deep embedded Army program experience.
• Experience with Army data, C2 systems, or modernization programs.
• Proven ability to lead software development teams through Agile delivery cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior Army and DoD stakeholders.
• STEM degree or equivalent technical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own program health end-to-end: delivery, performance, risk, and stakeholder alignment across a large Army software program.
• Interface with Army program stakeholders at CPE C3N and related program offices.
• Lead a cross-functional Agile software team, aligning sprint work to contract deliverables.
• Translate Army requirements into clear product direction for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape follow-on opportunities and capture strategies.
• Navigate Army acquisition processes and maintain program artifacts for leadership and government audiences.
• Represent Raft on-site at Joint Base Lewis‑McChord, WA.
