Job summary

Mayvin seeks a senior Business Program/Management Analyst III to support the United States Army and PAE Maneuver Ground at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role focuses on financial, logistics, and procurement expertise across the acquisition lifecycle in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/finance related field or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in government program management and DoD lifecycle.
• Strong written and oral communication and fiscal/compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support program funding planning, development, coordination and execution.
• Provide financial, resource allocation and budget submission support.
• Develop program plans, milestone schedules and defense of budget submissions.
• Prepare manpower data, POM builds and SPAR reviews.
• Review acquisition documents for data content and consistency.
