Job summary

Mayvin INC seeks a Senior Business Program/Management Analyst III to support the United States Army and PAE Maneuver Ground. The role requires maintaining program funding, conducting budget input, and ensuring resources are aligned throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of DoD program management experience or 20+ years with a high school diploma, with strong communication and fiscal law competencies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to work in a matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and fiscal law is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Excel for budgeting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development, coordination, defense and execution of program funding.
• Provide budget submissions and manpower data requirements.
• Develop program plans and controls for new/ current programs from development to fielding.
• Assist APRV, SPAR processes and data consistency across acquisition documents.
