Job summary

CACI International Inc in Fort Belvoir, VA seeks a Business Program/Management Analyst to support Army PM Soldier Warrior within the Portfolio Acquisition Executive Maneuver Ground, driving funding, budgeting, and program execution for modern warfighting capabilities.

You will analyze budgets, develop POM builds, coordinate with DASC/SSOs, and ensure auditability of the acquisition process while enabling rapid delivery of armor, sensors, and command tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or 25+ years in DoD PMO support required.
• Strong MS Excel and ACEIT proficiency demonstrated.
• Knowledge of appropriation law and fiscal processes.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, developing, coordinating, defending and executing all aspects of program funding.
• Provides reviews and budget input for DoD Acquisition and sustainment.
• Develops program plans, milestone schedules, and budget submissions.
• Prepares manpower data, POM builds, and verifies data content.
• Maintains relationships with Army coordinators and system owners.
• Tracks quantities and cost splits within AE2S and supports FVUA documents.
• Monitors congressional language, committee marks, and budget cycles.
• Operates ETMS2 tasks within the Business Management Directorate.
