Mayvin is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support the U.S. Army and PAE Maneuver Ground at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role covers developing DoD contracts and acquisition documentation for ACAT II–IV programs, OTAs/MTAs, and related contracting efforts in a collaborative team environment.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance and a 4-year degree, and bring at least eight years of DoD acquisition experience, including knowledge of DoDI 5000.02 and cost/schedule/performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in DoD acquisition
• Knowledge of and experience with DoDI 5000.02
• Expert knowledge in managing cost, schedule, and performance in a program office
• Prior experience supporting US Army product management office desired

Responsabilités

• Executes acquisition management across an entire product line
• Coordinates products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases
• Assists with determining contracting strategy, prepares contracting documents, and coordinates activities with Army Contracting Command, and provides contract oversight for assigned projects
• Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans and other acquisition documents to include Milestone related documentation
• Leads tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordination
• Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment
• Leads and provides oversight of product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations

The candidate will support the development of DoD Contracts and Acquisition Documentation for ACAT II - IV DoD Programs as well as Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), OTAs / MTAs and other acquisition and contracting efforts. The candidate will be required to work in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working with military, civilian, and other contracted personnel.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Secret clearance
