Job summary

CACi International Inc. seeks a Senior Business Program/Management Analyst to support a U.S. Army PM at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will help plan, coordinate, and defend budget submissions and manage funding and execution across development, procurement, and fielding phases.

The role requires advanced analytical and communication skills, knowledge of DoD acquisition, and experience with GFEBS and ACEIT. On-site work in Fort Belvoir with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with substantial DoD program/PMO experience.
• Experience with budget planning, funding, and fiscal law.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and DoD financial systems (GFEBS/ACEIT).

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, developing, coordinating and executing program funding.
• Reviews budget submissions and ensures compliance with policy and regulations.
• Prepares POM builds, budget estimates, and data content for documents.
• Tracks funds, monitors FVUA for shipments, and maintains program plans.
• Liaises with Army systems coordinators and cost teams for AE2S.
