Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking an experienced Budget Analyst to support a U.S. Army program office. You will manage core budget elements, develop spend plans, and execute funds through CCaR and GFEBS, with SAP Financials and PMRT in the mix.

The role is full-time and onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA, requiring U.S. citizenship, a Secret clearance, and deep Army financial systems knowledge. Expect a collaborative, mission-driven environment with opportunities to apply analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Advanced proficiency with GFEBS, CCaR, LMP, cPROBE and PMRT.
• Mandatory training for GFEBS and CCaR access and use.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with detailed spend plan creation.
• Strong knowledge of Army appropriations (RDT&E, Procurement, O&M) and ADA compliance.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PPBE expertise using CCaR, GFEBS, LMP, cPROBE, PMRT.
• Prepare WBS, POs, MIPRs, G-Invoicing MIPRs, PWDs.
• Develop and manage detailed spend plans per appropriation.
• Analyze SAP Financials and Asset Management; resolve DAR-Q issues.
• Help resolve IDoc errors across finance and supply interfaces.
• Address unmatched transactions and ULOs.
• Analyze civilian payroll postings and correct budget postings.
• Support FIAR initiatives.
