Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in Army/DoD environments or contractor support.
• 3–5 years supporting senior program directors/managers (O-6/GS-15+).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily O-6 office operations, scheduling, travel authorizations, and meeting logistics.
• Interface with private industry and vendors; route inquiries to contact points.
• Review and edit correspondence, prepare documents for signature, ensure routing.
• Monitor Army tasker system; assign respondents and track extensions.
• Maintain PM LOG-FIN SharePoint content and automate processes with AI tools.
• Manage conference rooms and calendars; support senior-level meetings including VTC.
• Provide event coordination and protocol support for official functions.
• Support O-6 Operations with projects and analysis as needed.
