Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support Army Sustainment Command (ASC) on the GLASS contract. The role covers CONUS and OCONUS locations, requiring a DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing U.S. Army logistics and acquisition activities or similar/related experience.
• OR a High School Diploma and 10 years of experience planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing U.S. Army logistics and acquisition activities or similar/related experience.
• A concurrent 5 years of experience or similar/related experience with pre-award procurement activities such as: Analyzing and documenting requirements, Recommending revisions to performance work statements or specifications, Procurement / project planning/management, and Tracking and monitoring procurement activities to ensure compliance with DoD policy.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packets, screen requirements for completeness and accuracy, and suitability.
• Provide recommendations to the Branch Chief and/or requiring activity.
• Provide status reports and updates to the Government on all requirements, current and emerging.
• Provide technical assistance, training, and information to customers and Government staff on requirement generation and reviews.
• Perform technical reviews and analysis of contractor estimates/proposals for project planning requests and change proposals.
• Monitor theater logistical priorities through attendance at daily operations and staff meetings.
• Lead portions of meetings in support of logistics to requiring activity.
• Maintain liaison with requiring activities, performance contractors, contracting officials and program staff.
• Perform in-depth analysis of contractor’s monthly workload and projections for upcoming quarters.
• Review projections and consider adjustments such as troop surge or seasonal requirements.
• Prepare monitoring reports, briefings and information papers on project schedules and performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations to evolving operations requirements and PWS revisions.
• Conduct in-depth research of emerging missions, policies, and regulations.
