Job summary

Serco seeks a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support ASC through the GLASS program. You will manage logis­tics packets, lead requirement reviews, and coordinate with government teams on project schedules and performance metrics.

The role includes on-site work in CONUS/OCONUS settings, travel up to 10%, and interaction with contractors and program staff. A DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or HS diploma with 10 years of related experience) in a relevant discipline.
• 5 years of logistics/acquisition experience with US Army or equivalent.
• Experience with pre-award procurement activities, requirements analysis, and PWS revisions.
• Ability to report onsite 5 days a week and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirement packets and assess completeness.
• Provide status reports to Government on requirements, schedules, and metrics.
• Deliver briefings and information papers on performance and project plans.
• Review contractor estimates and change proposals for compliance and quality.
• Maintain liaison with government staff, contractors, and program offices.
