Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support Army Sustainment Command (ASC) in CONUS/OCONUS environments. You will develop requirements packets, provide technical guidance, and monitor performance and schedule.

You will engage with government staff, analyze workload, and assist with pre-award procurement and changes, traveling up to 10% and coordinating with multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of Army logistics/ acquisition experience or High School Diploma with 10 years of related experience.
• Concurrent 5 years of experience with pre-award procurement activities and requirements analysis.
• Must be able to report onsite 5 days a week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packets and assess completeness and suitability.
• Provide recommendations to Branch Chief and requiring activity.
• Provide status reports and updates to the Government on requirements and schedules.
• Provide technical assistance and briefings to customers and Government staff.
• Perform analysis of contractor estimates/proposals for project planning.
• Monitor theater logistical priorities through daily meetings and reports.
• Lead portions of meetings supporting logistics in some cases.
• Maintain liaison with requiring activities, contractors, and program staff.
• Analyze workload and projections for prior quarter and future quarters.
• Prepare monitoring reports, briefings, and information papers on schedules and metrics.
