Job summary

Katmai Government Services seeks an experienced training specialist to support the Army National Guard Mission Command Training Support Program. You will advise, design, and execute intel-focused training for units from battalion to division level, including live and virtual exercises, MDMP workshops, and after-action reviews.

You will develop training materials, coordinate events, and provide on-site feedback to commanders and staff while maintaining sensitive data access and government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Senior Army/ARNG leadership with training management experience.
• Staff experience at Battalion or higher within the WFF.
• 6+ years staff experience; 8+ years MCTSP related duty.
• Recent Army National Guard training experience.
• Experience with WFF Army Command and Control Info Systems.
• IPB, PIR support, Targeting and Information Operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Intelligence training using LVC-G methods.
• Plan and execute CPXs, STAFFEXs, MDMP workshops.
• Produce OPORDs and ANNEXes to facilitate training.
• Provide on-site feedback to commanders and staff.
• Support exercise design, planning, execution, and after-action reports.
