Job summary

Katmai seeks an experienced intelligence trainer to support ARNG MCTSP. You will advise, train, and coach division to battalion level, develop scenarios and scripts, and lead planning and execution of CPXs and STAFFEXs to improve warfighting readiness.

The role requires senior Army/ARNG leadership background, IPB proficiency, and ability to work with LVC-G training enablers. Travel up to 25% and Secret clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced skills with broad knowledge of Intelligence disciplines.
• Develop Intelligence Estimates and OPORD Annexes for training.
• Provide SME on LVC-G training methods and Mission Command enablers.
• Advise, train, and conduct AARs for planning through execution.
• Plan and conduct CPXs, STAFFEXs, Fires EXs, and other training events.
