Western New York Arena, LLC seeks a licensed Chief Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of the interior and exterior mechanical and electrical systems at the KeyBank Center, LECOM Harbor Center, and 79 Perry St. You will supervise full-time and part-time engineers, troubleshoot plant issues, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a valid Chief Stationary Engineer License for Buffalo, NY and at least five years of experience with centrifugal chillers and

Qualificações

• Technical or vocational electrical school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Valid Chief Stationary Engineer License issued by City of Buffalo, NY required.
• Five years as stationary engineer with centrifugal chiller experience required.
• Knowledge of low-pressure boilers, pumps and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain, and repair interior and exterior mechanical, electrical systems at arena facilities.
• Schedule, manage, and train engineers (full-time and part-time).
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems of the physical plant.
• Ensure compliance with codes and NHL regulations.
• Inventory equipment and supplies and maintain energy-efficient operations.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment and communicate with supervisor.
