Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring an Area Sales Manager to lead and motivate an assigned team of Field Managers in the Phoenix area. You will drive local sales strategies, train staff, and ensure premium brand execution.

Reporting to Program Leadership, you will analyze store data, develop actionable plans, and collaborate with regional leaders to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership in retail sales with 3–5 years leading multi‑unit teams.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/field tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate a local team of Market Sales Managers to drive sales and training in retail markets.
• Translate Samsung's area and regional goals into actionable plans for market teams.
• Analyze local market data and trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate threats.
• Execute tailored sales plans to meet or exceed targets, market share and revenue goals.
• Oversee training and performance of sales staff and managers, with clear objectives and accountability.
• Coordinate merchandising and brand representation across all retail locations.
• Collaborate with leadership to secure additional staff, promotions and events.
• Prepare area health updates for Program Leadership with KPIs and insights.
