2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring an Area Sales Manager in the Philadelphia area. Lead a team of Field Managers to drive sales, training, and local retail execution while reporting to Program Leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail sales.
• At least 3–5 years leading a multi-unit role.
• Ability to interpret sales reports and translate into action plans.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned area and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Direct and inspire a localized team of Market Sales Managers to drive results.
• Communicate area and regional goals and translate brand vision into daily actions.
• Analyze market data, trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Execute tailored sales plans to meet or exceed targets, share, and revenue.
• Oversee training and performance of field staff, set objectives and corrective actions.
• Coordinate localized merchandising for premium brand representation across stores.
