Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to drive brand awareness through merchandising excellence and product training. You will travel across assigned markets, conduct store visits, and train retail teams to improve the shopper journey and drive sell-out results.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in multi-unit territory management, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage schedules and relationships with store

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
• Must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5-mile radius for efficient travel and timely store visits.
• Daily travel required, may include overnight stays; reliable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Brand advocacy: act as Samsung ambassador with professional conduct and product knowledge.
• Scheduling: maintain a structured schedule for timely store visits across locations.
• Store visit guidelines: follow protocols, ensure policy compliance and professionalism.
• Cluster routing for travel: optimize routes to maximize coverage and reduce travel time.
• Product expertise: demonstrate features of Samsung mobile products and ecosystem.
• Merchandising and brand standards: ensure Samsung displays meet standards.
• Training: train retail sales associates on Samsung products and ecosystem.
• KPI achievement and sales drive: meet KPIs and drive unit sell-out.
• Relationship building with retail managers: develop partnerships to align goals.
• Field execution: drive field initiatives through daily store visits across channels.
