Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.

• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience leading a team and meeting delivery promises.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with safety, engineering, loss prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
• Work in an environment with variable temperatures and noise
