The role requires 2+ years in people management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or 2+ years Amazon experience), and flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays in a dynamic fulfillment environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Do you currently hold a valid and active USA state driver’s license?

Responsabilidades

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in variable temperatures and weather conditions at delivery stations including outside loading departments.
