Marvin is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead field operations across Boston and the Lower Hudson Valley, driving a white-glove installation experience and strong customer outcomes. You will shape processes and partner across teams to optimize revenue and service quality.

You bring 5+ years in construction, 2+ years in customer-facing roles, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to travel up to 25%.

Competenze

• 5+ years of construction experience (home improvement preferred).
• 5+ years working with construction methods and documents.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and use ladders/scaffolding.

• Lead, coach, and develop project managers, installers, and warehouse staff.
• Resolve customer concerns with urgency, professionalism, and empathy.
• Conduct regular job site visits and engage directly with homeowners.
• Execute operational plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.

• Oversee inventory management across assigned markets.
