Job summary

Infinity by Marvin seeks an Area Operations Manager to lead field operations across Boston and Lower Hudson Valley, NY. You will shape the customer experience by developing processes, resolving complex issues, and inspiring teams to deliver white-glove installation experiences.

This high-impact leadership role requires 5+ years in construction, strong customer-focus, and ability to travel up to 25%. You will work with internal teams on AR and vendor management while ensuring safety and standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience (home improvement preferred).
• 5+ years working with construction methods and documents.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and use ladders/scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop project managers, installers, and warehouse staff.
• Resolve customer concerns with urgency, professionalism, and empathy.
• Conduct regular job site visits and engage directly with homeowners.
• Execute operational plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Create and improve processes, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee inventory management across assigned markets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and installation standards.
• Partner with internal teams on accounts receivable and vendor management.
