Job summary

Google is seeking a senior Logistics leader to guide a team of professionals responsible for operational execution within warehouse and data center environments. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Server Operations, 3PL partners, and internal teams managing forecasting, materials, systems, and transportation.

You will drive material flow, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain operations, or related field.
13 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related field (including 3PL supplier management, warehouse/fulfillment, automation, and MRP, WMS, or TMS systems).
10 years of experience managing and developing managers.
Experience managing supply chain activities within manufacturing, 3PL, omnichannel, regulated industries like pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

Monitor and measure KPIs related to SLO achievement, safety, and project delivery.
Develop and implement forward/reverse logistics strategy aligned with long-term goals.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, MTTR reduction, and capacity optimization.
Evaluate current organizational effectiveness of the Logistics team and areas for improvement.
Build and execute a talent development program to enhance team skills.
