Job summary

Google seeks a seasoned logistics leader to optimize daily logistics processes across data centers and warehouses. You will drive continuous improvement, standardize documentation, and interact with partner teams to implement changes and inform leadership on performance and improvements.

The role sits within the AI and Infrastructure group, supporting Google Cloud Logistics and customers worldwide, with responsibility for end-to-end operations and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting in logistics or supply chain.
• 10 years of experience working in domestic and international environments.
• 7 years of experience managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.
• Preferred: 10 years using data analysis to drive decision making.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, analytics and Operations Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end daily logistics operations management, overseeing 3PL vendors, warehouses and data centers in assigned locations; ensure SLAs and business continuity.
• Monitor KPIs, vendor scorecards and develop business cases to support物流 process changes or improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reduce end-to-end delivery cycle times and scale business efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for forward and reverse material flows into/out of data centers and warehouses.
• Lead budgeting, invoice control and capital improvement projects within locations.
