Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Logistics Leader to guide operations within warehouse and data center environments. You will collaborate with Server Operations, 3PL partners, and internal teams to align forecasting, materials, and transportation, delivering SQCDP-focused results.

You will report to executive leadership with weekly and monthly progress updates, and drive safety, cost, and efficiency improvements across multiple sites in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related field with transformations and cost reductions.
• 10 years of experience managing and developing managers.
• Experience managing supply chain activities in manufacturing or 3PL environments.
• Experience with regulated industries like pharma/biotech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs related to SLO achievement, safety adherence and project delivery.
• Develop and implement forward/reverse logistics strategy aligned to long-term goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, MTTR reduction and capacity optimization.
• Evaluate organizational effectiveness of the logistics team and identify improvements.
• Build a talent development program to enhance team skills.
