Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Logistics Leader to drive operational execution within warehouse and data center environments. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with 3PL partners, forecasting, materials, systems, and transportation to meet strategic objectives.

This role emphasizes SQCDP across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. You will report to senior leadership, deliver regular updates, and present progress with corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain operations, or related technical field.
• 13 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related field including 3PL supplier management, warehouse/fulfillment, automation, and MRP/WMS/TMS systems.
• 10 years of experience managing and developing managers.
• Experience managing supply chain activities within manufacturing, 3PL, omnichannel, regulated industries like pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and measure KPIs related to SLO achievement, safety, and project delivery.
• Develop and implement a forward/reverse logistics strategy aligned with long-term goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, MTTR reduction, and capacity optimization.
• Evaluate current effectiveness of the Logistic team and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and execute a talent development program to enhance team skills.
