Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10 years of experience developing operational process solutions with cross-functional teams.
• 10 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.
• 10 years in a customer- or client-facing role supporting logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end daily logistics operations management, including 3PL vendor operations and data centers in assigned locations.
• Manage and monitor KPIs, vendor scorecards, and business case development for process changes.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Forward/Reverse Logistics Strategy aligned with long-term goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, MTTR reduction, and capacity optimization.
• Engage with Google stakeholders to align priorities and scale the business efficiently.
