You will build relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and care teams, delivering value through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, life sciences preferred.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience; 1+ year in specialty sales for Area Manager.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical sales; 5+ years in specialty sales for Sr. Area Manager.
• Experience in rare diseases, CNS/neurology, or pediatric neurology preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and drive company car; FDA and OIG good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of selling and launching products in the assigned territory.
• Meet territory goals and address customer needs with high-value service.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure patient access and ROI within budget and policy guidelines; monitor market trends.
• Attend local and national events and trainings as required.
