Job summary

Join a leading AI lab's GenAI team through Cincinnatus LLC, a W-2 employer providing extended workforce placements at a premier AI Lab in the USA. The role targets an Architectural and Interior Visualization Specialist with 5+ years of professional experience in architecture or ArchViz, capable of producing AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp models and photoreal renders for AI training data.

The position is full-time (40 h/week) with hands-on design work, strong portfolio expectations, and collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work as an architect, architectural designer, interior designer or ArchViz artist.
• Authorship of full drawing sets (plans, sections, elevations, details) in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp with LayOut, ArchiCAD or Rhino.
• Professional-grade rendering of interiors/exteriors with V-Ray, Corona, Blender Cycles, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, D5 or Unreal.
• Fluency with editable source files (.dwg, .rvt, .skp, .3dm, .pln, .max, .blend).
• Knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards and their application in projects.
• Licensing/certifications preferred: US-licensed Architect, NCARB, NCIDQ or AIA with AXP.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Veras, etc.).
• Public portfolio or reel of shipped work.
• Availability for at least 40 hours/week on weekdays.
• Strong written communication to justify design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in architectural visualization.
• Design real-world architecture tasks and produce reference deliverables such as AutoCAD plan sets, SketchUp or Revit models, renders and material boards.
• Evaluate AI-generated plans, sections, elevations and renders for spatial logic, clearances, code compliance, scale, materials and lighting.
• Develop guidelines, rubrics and quality checks for architectural drawings and visualization.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
