Ideal candidates have a professional degree, licensure, 7+ years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Relocation support is provided for on-site work in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• A professional degree in architecture or interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Understanding of building systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage one or more projects.
• Implement highly developed client and consultant communications.
• Create project scheduling and milestone delivery.
• Manage project team’s utilization based on project fees.
• Utilize strong understanding of building systems and technical detailing.
• Execute the construction administration phase of projects.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for specifications.
• Process RFIs and submittals.
• Integrate design intent with technical aspects of the project.
• Set team goals and follow through.
• Monitor team performance to meet quality standards and goals.
• Lead project meetings and mentor team members.
• Develop and maintain successful client relationships for repeat business.
