Qualifications

• Terminal degree in Architecture, Construction Science, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of teaching at undergrad/grad level in architecture or construction areas.
• Administrative or leadership experience in academia; ability to lead programs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, direct staff, implement policies, and represent the Dean.
• Support curriculum development and program quality.
• Address student academic and behavioral issues and promote retention.
• Assist with faculty hiring, promotion, tenure, mentoring, and personnel actions.
• Support research initiatives, grants, and college projects.
• Teach a minimum of two courses each semester.
