Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect in the state of Texas is required.
• Minimum of seven years of architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential. Experience with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of the project team and manage schedules, budgets, and programs.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, RFIs, submittals, and cost control.
• Attend and lead stakeholder meetings, document action items and follow-ups.
• Monitor design integrity and QA/QC with the Project Architect.
