Job summary

Zekelman Industries is seeking a skilled MEP Designer - Plumbing for our Z Modular division in a hybrid role based in Austin, TX (or Chandler, AZ; or Troy, MI). You will develop plumbing and mechanical system designs for modular projects and produce construction documentation to support efficient manufacturing and installation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years using Revit BIM, an engineering degree or equivalent, and strong collaboration skills to coordinate with architects, engineers,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience using Revit BIM in engineering, construction, or design environments.
• Experience designing plumbing systems and coordinating mechanical systems.
• Strong proficiency with Revit BIM software and creating construction/shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates plumbing and mechanical designs for modular construction projects.
• Creates and maintains Revit models, drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Coordinates building systems with architects, engineers, contractors, and fabricators.
