Job summary

Z Modular, part of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Senior Architectural Project Manager to drive architectural projects from design to construction. You will coordinate internal teams, external consultants, and fabrication operations to deliver on schedule and within scope in a fast-paced modular construction environment.

Based in a hybrid role across Austin, TX; Chandler, AZ; or Troy, MI, you will lead multidisciplinary design teams, manage budgets and milestones, and ensure constructible,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in architecture, project management, design-build, commercial construction, modular construction, or a related field.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Experience coordinating Architects of Record, Engineers of Record, and specialty consultants throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, fabrication, and construction phases.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architecture, structural, MEP, manufacturing, construction) and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate updates, risks, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee Architects of Record, Engineers of Record, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead construction administration during fabrication and field installation phases.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
