Z Modular, a leading modular construction firm, is seeking a Senior Architectural Project Manager to guide projects from design through construction. You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.

This hybrid role is based in Austin, TX, with options in Chandler, AZ, or Troy, MI. You will manage complex projects, lead design development, and supervise documentation and fabrication phases, working closely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field and license is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in architecture, project management, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction documentation and fabrication.
• Coordinate architecture, structural, MEP, manufacturing, and construction teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings; communicate updates, risks and progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee Architects of Record, Engineers of Record, and specialty consultants.
• Review consultant deliverables for quality and schedule compliance.
